 Directions to BYC

By Land:

From North – NJ Turnpike South to exit 11, Garden State Parkway South.  GSP to exit 80 (Beachwood).  Bear right & follow signs for Route 9 South.  Make a left on Admiral Avenue and proceed to the end.  At light make a right (Rite Aid in front of you) and your very next left on Starboard Street.  Follow for 4 blocks and make a right on Compass Ave and BYC will be on your left, just before Beachwood Community Center.

From South -  I295 or New Jersey Turnpike to Atlantic City Expressway.  Take expressway towards Atlantic City.  From expressway, take Garden State Parkway North to the Forked River Exit.  Off exit make a right on Lacey Road (follow signs to Route 9).  Make a left on route 9 North.  Take route 9 for about 12 Miles into Beachwood.  Bear left at the ˝ circle and continue straight (turns into Route 166).  At the first light past the ˝ circle, make a right on Beachwood Bvld.  At stop sign make a left on Compass Avenue and the club will be just after the Beachwood Community Center on your right.

By Sea:

From North – Atlantic Ocean to the Manasquan Inlet.  Go under railroad bridge (make sure its open & watch the tides…its nasty!) and find the Point Pleasant Canal.    Go through the canal and you’ll end up in upper Barnegat bay.  Keep heading south & go under the Seaside Bridge.  After the bridge, bear right and go up Toms River. Continue up The Toms River till just before the channel turns to the right toward the mouth of the river (narrows significantly).  BYC is at the mouth of the River, to the left of the Channel.

From South – Atlantic Ocean to the Barnegat Inlet.  Make a right after coming through the inlet (if you draw more than 2-3 feet, stick to the channel) and head up Barnegat Bay.  Once you see the Seaside Bridge you’re coming close to the entrance to Toms River.  There is a point with a lot of telephone poles on it..once you round that point, bear left & that is the beginning of Toms River.  Follow remainder of directions from above.
